The proposed programme for high school students (grades 9-12) includes two classes:
The first class presents an introduction to the European Union, why it was established and during which period, its development, its function and its activities to date. During the class, the students are provided with an understanding of various concepts related to the European Union (the Euro, supra-nationalism) and attempt to answer: What is the meaning of being a member state of the EU?

The second class examines the relationship between the EU and Israel, characterized  by continuous ups and downs: From the first Israeli delegation to the EU, through the various crisis of the 1970's and 80's until the European debt crisis of 2010.
