My research interest is the emerging European policies and attitudes concerning the modern developments in the field of counter terror and counter insurgency. While the U.S. and Israel perceive terror as an imminent security threat and combats it with military force, the European Union approaches the threat of terror from a legal perspective. In this research i will identify and analyze these differences and explain the logic behind them.
